The Service de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent (SPEA) handles the inpatient or outpatient care of children and adolescent girls and boys suffering from mental disorders. The teams work in multidisciplinary collaboration in a university environment offering many possibilities for undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing education. The service occupies the new premises of the Maison de l-enfance et de l-adolescence (MEA), which brings together all the units of the service in a particularly warm setting, specifically designed to improve the quality of care for the most fragile young patients. Job Description ## You are currently undergoing psychotherapy training or are about to start your psychotherapy training and wish to experience clinical work in an inpatient setting within the Inpatient Unit of the Service de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent (SPEA). In the inpatient setting, you will ensure follow-ups for the families of hospitalized children and adolescents, participate in the development of care projects, team meetings, and interdisciplinary syntheses, in close collaboration with the senior physicians, resident doctors, and the nursing team. Qualifications ## You possess a MAS in psychotherapy or neuropsychology (or have been in the MAS training process for at least one year) or a degree deemed equivalent. You have experience working with children, adolescent girls and boys, and their families. You appreciate and are comfortable with interdisciplinary and interprofessional work. You possess knowledge of specific tools for the care of children and adolescent girls and boys. You have knowledge of the child psychiatry care network, as well as the Geneva social and educational network.
