Samsic Emploi is recruiting ASSC (M/F) for temporary missions with its reference partners in home care in the Lausannoise region. Your mission Within multidisciplinary teams, you will intervene at the homes of beneficiaries to provide them with quality care, while contributing to the maintenance of their autonomy and their quality of life. In this capacity, you will be required to: Perform technical care within your scope of competence. Ensure hygiene, comfort, and prevention care. Accompany beneficiaries in daily living activities. Observe the health status of patients and transmit useful information to the multidisciplinary team. Participate in the monitoring of care plans and the continuity of care. Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Respect care protocols, hygiene, safety, and confidentiality rules. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Your profile CFC as an Assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC) or a diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. First experience in home care is a real asset. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and an excellent sense of organization. You possess strong interpersonal skills, a developed team spirit, and a real sense of responsibility. You are comfortable with IT tools and the maintenance of handovers.
