La Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistical services for the Esercito svizzero and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Esercito svizzero. In the workshop or in the office, indoors or outdoors: BLEs offers a wide range of jobs throughout Switzerland and for all tastes.

L'Esercito svizzero employs over 9000 employees within the framework of four military professions and approximately 200 civil professions, in 110 locations throughout the national territory. Furthermore, it provides for new recruits, training apprentices in over 30 professions.
