We are looking for you as Customer Service Spare Parts (m/f/d) 50% Tasks: You are the contact for spare part orders and EU/worldwide shipping. You create offers, delivery notes and invoices in our ERP Selectline. You place orders with our suppliers and monitor the delivery date. You process the customs declaration or the shipping via specific programs. You support us in recording incoming invoices. You help us in packing our stock items into shipping cartons. Requirements: Preferably, you have a technical-commercial basic training (with EFZ) or you have already worked in technical customer service/service. You have good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office. A precise and customer-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you. Ideally, you are with us in the office every morning from approx. 08:00. You are communicative, determined, a good team player and you have good German and English skills, then we would like to get to know you.
