• Management of the directly subordinate living consultants • Management of the kitchen studio • Presence on the sales floor for active work with the employees as well as the customers • Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees • Showroom planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team • Creation of a frequency-oriented employee schedule • Further development of the showroom area for which you are responsible with the help of internal analyses and the ongoing exchange with the branch management and the buyers • Responsibility for the achievement of targets in the showroom area for which you are responsible along defined KPI's • Completed vocational training • Solid experience in retail • Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of interior design, furniture and room design • Leadership experience in the retail environment • Flair for beautiful living • Further education in the retail sector
