Production Manager thin film laser/saw manufacturing 100 % (m/f/d)

Your tasks :

• Direction of the department with approximately 10 collaborators
• Development and implementation of daily and weekly planning
• Regular exchanges with other production managers
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes and process times
• Drafting of work instructions
• Integration and training of collaborators
• Reporting to the production management
• Ensuring compliance with safety instructions
• Active participation within the department

Your profile :

• Completed technical training with additional training as a technician or process specialist
• Experience in team management
• Prior knowledge in microtechnology/-electronics or in thin film processes desired
• Very structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Great sense of responsibility and ability to assert oneself
• Knowledge of German at minimum level C1
• Good communication and organizational skills
