Job Description ##

Profile sought: Talented and passionate Head Chef to join our team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and managing kitchen operations to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and supervise daily kitchen activities, as well as event projects
• Create innovative menus based on seasons and client requests
• Supervise the preparation of dishes and ensure they are prepared according to quality standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to guarantee efficient service
• Manage food stocks and orders to maintain adequate supply
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

We expect ##

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar position
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mastery of hygiene and food safety rules
• Diploma in Catering, Cuisine or Hospitality
