We are looking for our bar team: BARMAN / BARMAID - CDI 100 % possibility of accommodation during the trial period Your missions Within Waves, our iconic rooftop lounge, you will be the guarantor of a unique customer experience in an exceptional setting. Thanks to your expertise in mixology and your sense of service, you will contribute to sublimating every moment and ensuring irreproachable quality, whether at the bar or in the dining area. • Welcome and advise customers with professionalism and elegance • Take orders and prepare drinks, cocktails and house creations • Guarantee fluid and quality service, even during peak periods • Manage bar stocks and equipment • Actively participate in the development of beverage, cocktail and spirits menus • Ensure the payment of consumption (Available to work according to usual restaurant hours, both during the week and on weekends) Your profile • Excellent presentation and acute sense of customer service • French native language, fluent English indispensable • Solid technical skills in bar • Very good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails • Mastery of cocktail creation and sales techniques • Successful experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a 4 or 5-star establishment Are you passionate, rigorous, dynamic and do you like working in a demanding and stimulating environment?
