At our headquarters, we operate a highly automated intralogistics center in which over 70‘000 items are stored and up to 3‘000 customer orders are picked and processed daily. Your task:
You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of a team of 18 employees. Together, you will ensure an efficient, safe, and qualitatively flawless picking and packaging process in our fully automated high-bay warehouse with 8,000 pallet positions. An important focus of your task lies in the leadership, promotion, and further development of your employees. You create the prerequisites for successful cooperation, recognize potential, and support your team in developing professionally and personally.
In addition to the operational responsibility, you view logistics holistically, think beyond departmental boundaries, and continuously develop our processes together with the adjacent departments. In doing so, you recognize optimization potential and implement targeted improvements.
What you bring:
Training as a Logistiker/-in EFZ and further training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau
Several years of leadership experience in an automated logistics environment
Sound knowledge of intralogistics
Strong leadership, communication, and social competence
Enjoyment in promoting, developing employees, and achieving successes together
Holistic process understanding as well as cross-departmental thinking and acting
High quality and safety awareness
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Flexibility regarding alternating working hours
Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with high service orientation
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
