As IT Project Manager (in the role of an IT Business Relationship Manager), you take responsibility for exciting, forward-looking IT projects and actively help shape our regional as well as international application landscape. Your mission: You lead the introduction of group-wide IT solutions locally with us and implement local digitalization and automation projects. You understand the needs of our specialist departments, analyze business requirements and coordinate their implementation with internal and external partners. You translate requirements into smart technical solutions, create specifications, solution concepts and system architectures. You work with modern technologies and bring technical understanding of their interaction. You act as a central interface between IT, business and service providers and prepare decision-making bases for management. What you bring with you: An open, curious personality with a strong “Can-Do” mentality. Technical competence: knowledge in Azure-Cloud, Windows Server, MS-SQL-Server, software architectures and data models as well as active development experience. You do not shy away from diving directly into the code to understand the connections between processes, architectures and technical components – and to adjust them yourself if necessary. Experience in (sub-)project management and/or business analysis – ideally in both worlds. Confidence in agile as well as classic methods and in handling tools such as Jira and Confluence. A completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical field. Business fluent in German and English.
