On behalf of a renowned Swiss bank with its headquarters in Schwyz, we are looking for a motivated Customer Advisor E-Banking / Bank Entry 100% (m/w/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Schwyz Industry: Banks/ Financial Institutions Publication date: 08.07.2026 Your tasks: • Friendly and competent support of customers by phone with questions about E-Banking • You are the first point of contact for issues related to login, payments, security questions and other functions • Support with technical problems in E-Banking as well as guidance for independent use of digital services • Identifying customer needs in conversation and specifically pointing out suitable digital offers (e.g. Mobile Banking, E-Documents) • Co-designing a positive customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented consulting - also in complex cases • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to continuously improve E-Banking support What you bring: • Joy in communicating and convincing; you are extroverted and manage to win people over • Very good Swiss German language skills • Openness to new things; you are also welcome as a career changer!
