Your mission:

• Assessment of medical urgency with the support of our triage software
• Answering medical questions and advising our customers with the help of our extensive internal knowledge database as well as in cooperation with our doctors
• Operating the emergency telephone and triage for hospitals as well as defined groups of doctors

What you bring:

• Completed training as a registered nurse, midwife, healthcare assistant, paramedic, or medical practice assistant (MPA)
• Several years of professional experience
• Confident conversation skills in German as the main language as well as in at least one other language (French, Italian) at level B2
• Readiness for shift and weekend work
• IT affinity and confident handling of modern information and communication tools
• High social competence and empathy
