tasks

• you independently plan projects in the areas of conversion as well as expansion of the infrastructure (heating, ventilation, refrigeration, steam and water treatment)
• in doing so, you actively assist with the evaluation, procurement and commissioning of new systems
• you participate in productivity and process optimizations and monitor the projects including cost controlling
• furthermore, you implement energy and environmental projects and create investment requests
• you plan and create layouts using cad
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90% or 100%

requirements

• you have a manual or technical training in an industrial environment, e.g., as a polymechanic, building services planner / building services technician, as an automation technician, plant and apparatus builder or comparable (m/f/d)
• further training as a technician ts / hf, industrial master, maintenance specialist or similar is also important
• professional experience in building services and cad knowledge are also required
• do you describe yourself as independent, conscientious, competent and proceeding in a structured manner?
