Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize Glion's summer programs, ensuring high-quality educational and engagement activities for participants
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of student-centered programs and events
• Manage student volunteers and support teams involved in summer programs and campus activities
• Coordinate student orientation and integration programs, ensuring a smooth welcome and integration experience for new students
• Organize welcome events, community cohesion activities and communication initiatives for incoming students
• Support student wellbeing, sports and wellness initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Monitor and evaluate student engagement activities, ensure compliance with institutional standards and act as a champion for departmental quality
• Support student governance initiatives, manage the Student Development Services mailbox and contribute to student experience improvement projects
• Supervise and develop interns, providing guidance, coaching and professional development opportunities

Profile and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in education, student development, counseling or a related field required
• First aid qualification
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficiency in English and French
• Previous experience in student development, event management or a similar role
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of students
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
• Ability to approach student challenges proactively and effectively
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Willingness to travel between multiple campuses or external locations as needed
