The inlumine Foundation has a diverse range of services in day structure and housing. The services are provided at a total of three locations: Haus Rebgarten in Oberwil, the day structure at Walzwerk Münchenstein, and Haus Sonnmatt in Langenbruck. At Haus Sonnmatt in Langenbruck, we support 28 adult people with support needs in their daily and day structure life. The goal of our work is to strengthen self-determination, personal responsibility, and social participation. Based on social pedagogical concepts, we promote individual resources and create structures that enable largely independent living in the areas of housing and day structure. The needs, experiences, and development potential of the people who live and work here are consistently at the center of our actions. For Haus Sonnmatt, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist for the Areas of Our Day Structures 60% - 80% (m/w/d) ## To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible person. Your tasks include: ### • Targeted, resource- and needs-oriented support, further development, care, activation, and employment of 28 people with support needs in our internal and external services of the supervised day structure • Participation in pedagogical process design • Active collaboration in the team, legal representation, and relatives • Administrative and organizational tasks • Participation in the planning, organization, and implementation of annual festivals • Collaboration with the areas of housing, kitchen, and laundry    Your profile: ### • Completed training in the social sector or a design-handicraft training with further education in the pedagogical sector   • Professional experience in working with adult people with disabilities • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented way of working • Good PC user skills, driver's license an advantage      • Knowledge of supportive communication What we offer you: ### • An employment in a small, vibrant, and emerging organization • A personally responsible field of action with a large scope for design • A personal appreciative environment • Professional development opportunities as well as modern employment conditions • Good connection to public transport
