Course Instructor (hourly wage)

Pro Infirmis advises, accompanies and supports people with disabilities and their relatives throughout Switzerland with versatile services. We are looking for, as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, for our Bildungsklub service:

Course Instructor (hourly wage) ##

The Bildungsklub offers adult education courses for people with a cognitive impairment and support needs. We are currently looking for course instructors for the following courses:

«Zumba» Monday or Thursday morning 8.00-10.00 Uhr / January-December. Course location Kloten, the course does not take place during school holidays.

«Mit sich selbst und mit anderen gut umgehen» Tuesdays, 14.00-16.00 Uhr / May-June. Course location Kloten. The course does not take place during school holidays.

«Umgang mit Geld» Tuesdays, 18.30- 20.00 Uhr/ March- July. Course location Uster. The course does not take place during school holidays.

Your area of responsibility:

• You conduct adult education courses in your subject area for people with a cognitive impairment.
• You support the Bildungsklub coordinators of Pro Infirmis by defining content for your educational offering and contributing new ideas.
• You carry out administrative tasks such as course planning and the course report.

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in your subject area and enjoy working with people.
• You work in an action-oriented manner and adapt your course program to the knowledge and needs of your participants.
• You find it easy to make contact with others and you have good oral and written communication skills.
• You are an empathetic, open personality with humor and maintain respectful interaction with people.
• Experience in the education system, training in adult education and in working with people with disabilities are an advantage.

The employment is on an hourly wage basis (according to the deployment plan). We value a partnership-based and committed cooperation.
