Production Worker

As a Production Worker in animal by-product processing, you will work together with your team to ensure the safe and professional processing of animal by-products.

Your tasks:

• Receipt and inspection of delivered raw materials
• Loading and operating processing plants
• Monitoring production processes on state-of-the-art equipment
• Carrying out quality and process controls
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Assisting with maintenance, revision, and repair work
• Documentation of production data
• Cleaning and maintenance work
• Thorough cleaning of machines, plants, and production areas
• High-pressure cleaning work in the production halls
• Removal of production residues
• Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Assistance with the cleaning of containers, conveyor systems, and production lines
• Contact with animal by-products, slaughter waste, and animal body parts
• Working in areas with intensive odors
• Cleaning work on soiled plants and production areas
• Handling blood, fat, tissue, and organ remains
• Working in warm, humid, or partially noise-intensive production environments
• Wearing personal protective equipment such as protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection
• Physically demanding activities as well as lifting and moving materials
• Readiness for shift work as well as occasional assignments outside the regular

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in production, industry, logistics, or crafts is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in production plants
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Readiness to work in an environment with odors and animal by-products
• Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Forklift license is an advantage
