The contribution you can make

• Ensure the preparation, management, and restoration of flight equipment: pilot helmet, mask, anti-G suit, survival equipment, and life jacket
• Perform periodic inspections, process modification and inspection orders for flight equipment
• Identify faults, perform repair and maintenance work on flight equipment
• Participate in training sequences abroad

What distinguishes you

• CFC as a polymechanic, electronics technician, or equivalent training, ideally with some years of experience
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair work on electronic and mechanical equipment
• Good psycho-physical resistance, irreproachable reputation (employment subject to a <<security check>>)
• Good oral knowledge of a second official language and English (level B1)

The Operations Command (Cdo Op) is responsible for all operations and all military deployments of the Swiss Army. It includes, among others, the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the special forces command, and the military police. Approximately 40 percent of the nearly 2500 employees are civilian employees: from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
