Job Description

• Patient registration/appointment scheduling, patient admission
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Creation of general correspondence
• Place of work Röntgeninstitut Bern (focus) and Thun (assistance)

• Responsible, flexible and committed personality
• Well-groomed, courteous appearance
• Positive charisma and high social competence
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing

Professional Requirement Profile

• Completed med. Secretary or MPA training
• Several years of experience in a medical practice or clinic
• Very good knowledge of medical terminology
• Courteous, positive interaction with the patients entrusted to us
• Independent, efficient and reliable way of working
