IT Operations Manager 80-100% Your tasks In this versatile role, you combine operational IT operations with project coordination and compliance topics in a dynamic healthcare environment. You report directly to the executive management and will gradually take on more leadership and management responsibility. IT Operations & Service Provision Leadership and coordination of the clinic support team as well as ensuring daily IT operations Support with workplace IT, user onboarding, and lifecycle management Collaboration with external IT service providers and infrastructure partners as well as continuous improvement of processes and service quality Projects & Further Development Management and coordination of operational IT projects as well as the introduction and optimization of clinical and administrative systems Coordination of implementations with specialist departments and internal stakeholders Participation in the establishment of sustainable standards, governance, and support structures Data Protection & Compliance Operational coordination of data protection and compliance activities Collaboration with external data protection and compliance specialists The function does not assume the formal role of the Data Protection Officer. What should you bring?
