Project Manager Calculation Infrastructure Sector, Civil Engineering (m/f/x) As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Estimator / Calculation Engineer to participate in the acquisition and preparation of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. As a true partner to the operational teams, you are responsible for preparing price studies and actively contribute to defining the most relevant technical, financial, and organizational solutions. Missions: • Perform price studies and cost calculations for civil engineering projects including concrete and infrastructure • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and execution plans. • Detect inconsistencies, identify opportunities, and anticipate risks. • Prepare technical files, schedules, execution methodologies, and documents necessary for bids. • Launch and coordinate consultations with subcontractors and suppliers. • Identify and propose technical, economic, and organizational variants to optimize projects. • Define construction phases, operating methods, and production values. • Participate in clarification meetings, pre-award meetings, and technical negotiations with clients and partners. • Prepare the documents necessary for validation and closing meetings of offers. • Ensure an efficient transfer of won files to the execution teams. • Provide occasional technical support to Site Managers and Project Managers during the execution phase. • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of cost databases and calculation modules. • Perform comparisons between initial estimates and execution results to optimize future offers.
