Technical Clerk Customer Projects (m/f)

On exclusive behalf of our client, a renowned, market-leading mechanical engineering company in its industry based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Clerk Customer Projects (m/f) # In this versatile function, you will advise national and international customers on the innovative products of your company. You are responsible for project processing from A to Z (feasibility, offer, deliveries, etc.), coordinate orders for various projects with customers, and undertake versatile activities in the sales office. Furthermore, you will provide support for tasks in product management and actively participate in the introduction of new products including pricing. You recognize market trends and can implement them successfully. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for product questions and advise and train them in German and English as well as, if necessary, in French. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, purchasing, development) makes your activity additionally exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a technical background (Polymechaniker, etc.) as well as commercial further training (e.g., Technischer Kaufmann, Techniker HF) or have completed a completed commercial basic training in an industrial environment. It is an advantage if you have already been able to gain experience in a similar role in sales office and order processing (industry) with the consultation of international customers. You communicate with style in German, English (spoken and written) and, if possible, in French. In addition, you bring good MS-Office knowledge as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha etc.).
