Your Profile

• Completed architecture studies and experience in architectural practice
• Good understanding of the processes and requirements of architectural projects
• Practical experience with AI-supported workflows that goes beyond the occasional use of a chatbot – for example, through own workflows, automations, or the linking of different tools
• Enjoyment in questioning existing ways of working and developing new solution approaches with AI
• Analytical thinking and the ability to recognize potential for improvement and translate it into concrete applications
• Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code applications, scripting, or the connection of interfaces is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working and a critical eye on the quality and reliability of AI results
• Initiative and motivation to lead pilot projects and advance ideas together with others
• Good communication skills, enjoyment of knowledge transfer, and very good German skills in speaking and writing

Your Role with Us
You combine architecture with AI – from the first idea through the pilot project to the application throughout the entire company. Your passion is our success. We test AI on concrete tasks in pilot projects. What proves itself in practice, we develop further and establish it throughout the company. You actively shape this path and use your architectural knowledge to improve processes in a targeted manner.

In doing so, you support our internal AI team and contribute your own initiatives. You develop solution approaches, take responsibility for selected pilot projects, and accompany successful applications during their introduction into everyday work.

In Everyday Life, this means

• Analyzing existing work processes and identifying meaningful possibilities for AI use
• Developing own ideas and translating them into pilot projects with clear goals
• Supporting ongoing AI projects as well as independently leading selected initiatives
• Creating and testing AI-supported workflows, templates, and automations
• Evaluating results regarding quality, time savings, reliability, and practical suitability
• Further developing successful pilot solutions into reusable applications for the entire company
• Accompanying the introduction through understandable documentation, training, and direct exchange with employees
• Collecting feedback from project teams and continuously improving the applications
• Responsible handling of project information and critical examination of the tools used
