We are looking for Recruitment Consultants

Your tasks

• Independent support and consulting of client companies in recruitment
• Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
• Independent acquisition of new mandates and projects
• Development of search strategies as well as implementation of Active Sourcing and direct approach
• Accompanying the entire recruiting process: from the job advertisement to the signing of the contract
• Conducting interviews and professional assessment of candidates

Your profile

• Several years of experience in recruitment consulting, recruiting, or a comparable function
• A strong network in your industry is an advantage
• High service orientation as well as negotiation skills
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of contact with people and enthusiasm for matching
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
