Activities:

• Production and manufacturing of pressure sensors
• Setting up and operating production machines for oil filling and WID welding
• Carrying out and logging various quality and testing steps according to specifications
• Mechanical processing and preparation of welding electrodes (turning and polishing)
• Monitoring and controlling product quality during the manufacturing process
• Ensuring a smooth and economical production process while adhering to quality and deadline specifications
• Active support in the improvement of workflows and production processes (KVP / Kaizen)
• Assistance in parts cleaning as required
• Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on the production equipment

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training
• Technical understanding and good mechanical knowledge
• Strong manual dexterity as well as a practical and creative approach
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, reliable way of working and interest in continuously improving existing processes
• Committed, flexible and team-oriented personality with initiative; willingness to work in two-shift operation
