Legal Advisor (M/F) 80-100%

Profile

• With a Swiss legal background, you have at least 5 years of experience within a company or a law firm.
• Good knowledge in the fields of corporate law, contracts, construction law, administrative law, as well as property law. Knowledge of public procurement is an asset.
• Familiar with economic and financial issues and used to supporting corporate projects, you are a French native speaker and ideally have good knowledge of English.
• Open-minded, curious and favoring a multidisciplinary approach, your listening skills, your analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your ease of expression make you a credible and listened-to interlocutor both internally and externally.
• You have a pragmatic approach to legal issues, are solution-oriented and are recognized for your sense of priority, organization, anticipation and discretion.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, great sense of analysis and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• You work autonomously, in close collaboration with your internal clients, advising and supporting certain business units, departments or Group companies on legal matters.
• In this context, you are required to draft, review or negotiate all types of conventions or contracts and to prepare legal opinions and other legal documents in relation to our areas of activity.
• You participate in the relations we maintain with judicial, administrative and regulatory authorities and, if necessary, you manage reports with external lawyers.
• Furthermore, you contribute to the development and updating of legal monitoring and to the management of social documents of the Group entities, mandates of representation as a director of subsidiaries or representation within working groups or partnerships are also conceivable.
