For one of our clients, a recognized company in the Granges (SO) region specializing in the manufacture of high-precision watchmaking components, we are looking for a:

CNC Lathe Operator (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Perform setup, adjustments, and production monitoring on SwissNano
• Produce complex and high-precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and quality requirements
• Ensure dimensional and visual controls during production
• Guarantee the conformity of produced parts and intervene quickly in case of deviation
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment
• Respect quality standards, internal procedures, and current safety instructions

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic, micromecanic or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in CNC turning, ideally on Tornos SwissNano machines
• Excellent mastery of reading technical drawings and manufacturing high-precision components
• Knowledge of ISO programming and precision machining techniques
• Mastery of usual control tools (comparator, micrometer, Marcel Aubert, profile projector, etc.)
• Experience in the manufacture of watchmaking components, a real asset
• Methodical spirit, rigor and sense of organization
• Ability to work autonomously while promoting teamwork
• Residing in Switzerland
