Team Leader Maintenance Cleaning Laboratory & Cleanroom (m/f/d) 100%

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance cleaning mandatory
• Experience in leading small teams is an advantage
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques
• Good physical fitness
• Reliable, independent way of working
• German language skills at least level B1

Main tasks:

• Organization and execution of maintenance cleaning on site
• Active participation in cleaning work in the assigned objects
• Technical guidance and support of employees
• Deployment planning and coordination of small teams in the object
• Instruction of new employees as well as ensuring the concrete execution of work
• Carrying out quality controls and ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitoring compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations
• Care and simple maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
• Contact person for customers regarding operational matters in the object
