Your tasks • You verify and clarify the benefit obligation according to insurance regulations in the field of paramedicine (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, podiatry, psychotherapy, transport, nutrition and diabetes counseling) • You check and process outpatient invoices including billing and complaints • You undertake the examination of outpatient requests for cost coverage • You create correspondence according to templates as well as independently • You are the contact person for complex inquiries for insured persons and service providers Your profile • You have completed basic training in the medical field or a commercial training supplemented with basic medical knowledge • You work very efficiently, precisely, responsibly and enjoy taking on responsibility • You enjoy customer contact and attach great importance to friendly, professional and solution-oriented communication • Your networked thinking enables you to process complex issues independently • You communicate orally and in writing with stylistic confidence in German and can ideally also speak English and French We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
