Requirement Profile
Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (For qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
Experience in different specialist areas within an acute hospital
High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented way of working
Willingness to take on various shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
Tasks
Professional and individual nursing care as well as support of female and male patients in different specialist areas of acute care
Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
Active cooperation with nursing, medicine, therapy, and other professional groups
Ensuring high quality of care while considering the applicable hygiene and quality standards
Competent support and advice for female patients, male patients, and their relatives
Careful and complete nursing documentation as well as continuous review of the agreed nursing goals
