As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a/an: IT TechnicianMain activities: User support (level 1 and 2) * Receive, qualify and process requests and incidents via the ticketing tool (Zoho), by telephone, e-mail or on-site. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems (workstations, printers, telephony, Wi-Fi, VPN). * Escalate to level 3 or external providers when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution. Accompany users in taking charge of tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, business tools). Fleet and access management * Prepare, deploy and maintain workstations, smartphones and peripherals. * Manage arrivals and departures (onboarding / offboarding): creation and deletion of accounts, assignment and return of equipment, in connection with HR. * Administer accounts and access rights (Active Directory / Entra ID, MDM). * Keep the inventory of the fleet and licenses up to date, keep the microsoft tenant up to date.intune deployment on the entire fleet.3CX administration antivirus administration. Documentation, quality and security * Document interventions, procedures and the knowledge base. * Respect the procedures of the quality management system (traceability, change management, data integrity). * Apply cybersecurity rules and raise user awareness of best practices. * Participate in IT projects (migrations, fleet renewal, deployment of new tools). Your profile: * CFC in computer science (operations and infrastructure or support), Bachelor in computer science or equivalent training. * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally in an international environment. * Experience in a regulated sector (medical devices, pharma) is an asset. * Dynamic, autonomous, organized and enjoying collaborative work. * Fluent French and English minimum level B2. j4id10452456jm j4it1043jm j4iy26jm
