Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f)

Tasks:

• Order acceptance sea freight export
• Key Account Management
• Order processing FCL and LCL
• Telephone contacts and correspondence with customers and partners worldwide
• Quoting, calculation, cost monitoring and billing
• Correspondence in German and English

Requirements:

• Training or further education as a freight forwarding agent
• Several years of professional experience in the field of sea freight
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form are a MUST, other languages an advantage
• High customer orientation and understanding of the logistical challenges of our customers
• Structured way of working, networked thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
