Job Description ###

MAIN MISSIONS

• Welcome a demanding clientele with professionalism and discretion
• Manage reservation requests and lounge occupancy schedules and optimize their planning
• Take orders, prepare them and serve the requested drinks.
• Prepare documents and ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment (video-conference) before clients arrive in the lounges.
• Take internal and external telephone calls.
• Manage mail intended for the office team.
• Perform certain administrative tasks (ordering brochures, material, photocopies..)
• Occasionally provide reception and service during evening events.

Profile ###

Profile :

• Hotel training in reception or deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience as a receptionist, usher/concierge after a luxury hotel, a financial institution or a gastronomic restaurant
• Solid experience in Food & Beverage (high-end restaurant, catering or room service)
• Mastery of the Windows Office Pack
• Easy use of audiovisual technical equipment provided in the conference rooms.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Keen sense of service and high-end customer relations
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluent French and English indispensable; another language is an asset
• Residency in Switzerland mandatory (permit B / C or nationality)
