Job description
For our Krippen Kinderparadies in Seefeld, we are looking for a committed, warm, and strong-willed personality as Nursery Management for maternity cover from January to August 2027. During this time, you will take over the pedagogical, personnel, and administrative responsibility for the location. Together with your team, you will ensure a loving, structured care everyday life and be a reliable contact person for employees and parents. You lead clearly and appreciatively, keep an eye on personnel planning and capacity utilization, and work closely with the regional and management teams. What awaits you with us A responsible and varied leadership task, in which you are close to the team, the children, and the daily events. You contribute your experience and your ideas and ensure that children, families, and employees feel well-supported during the replacement period. The fixed-term employment offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills and take responsibility for a nursery location. Your tasks

Pedagogical, personnel, and administrative management of the nursery during the replacement period
Leadership, guidance, and support of the employees
Ensuring high pedagogical quality and a loving care everyday life
Personnel and deployment planning as well as organization of smooth nursery everyday life
Controlling capacity utilization and conducting viewings
Guiding interested families from initial contact to the conclusion of the contract
Appreciative parent communication and professional cooperation with the families
Responsibility for administrative tasks and compliance with our internal processes and quality standards
Close cooperation with the regional and management teams
Your profile

Completed pedagogical training, preferably as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, specialization children, or an equivalent recognized training
Leadership module 1 to 5 completed
Leadership experience in a nursery or a comparable function is an advantage
Joy in leading, supporting, and promoting people
A warm personality with a clear and binding leadership attitude
Organizational strength and an independent, structured way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of capacity utilization and personnel deployment
Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
Enjoyment of parent work as well as a confident and professional appearance
Team spirit and the willingness to pitch in yourself in everyday life
Availability for the replacement period from January to August 2027
