Your task

Your area of responsibility includes professional and personal advice for our customers for the entire range of products and services from Salt.

• Friendly reception of Salt Store customers
• Professional advice for customers, identifying needs, awakening interest in new services/options
• Applying Pencil Selling to show customers the attractiveness of our offers
• Making sales closures with enthusiasm and conviction
• Processing and solving technical questions from customers
• Supporting the attractive presentation of our products
• Working at the cash desk

What you bring

• Completed vocational training EFZ in retail, 1-2 years of sales experience an advantage
• Technical flair as well as an efficient and precise way of working
• Bilingual German-French, further language skills an advantage
• Open, extroverted and sociable personality
• Desire and the will to be successful together with the team
• Joy in learning and a lively environment
• Being confident in dealing with computer tools
