Your tasks:

• Care and nursing of patients with varying support needs
• Supporting the registered nursing staff during diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Implementation of individual care plans considering the self-determination of patients
• Promotion of the physical and mental health of patients through activation measures
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings for case planning
• Documentation of nursing measures and adjustment of treatment strategies

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• Flexibility and openness to different areas of application
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible activity
• Very good German language skills
