Our client, the attractive Alterszentrum Schiffländi in the heart of Gränichen, offers a needs-based and loving home for 100 residents. In addition to the main building, this includes the «Haus am Bach», a specialized residential area with 20 units for people with dementia. To expand the team, we are looking for a motivated, committed and experienced personality.

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team with 50 residents, including deployment planning, employee appraisals and administrative tasks
• Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and nursing of the residents
• Ensuring and monitoring the electronic nursing documentation
• Contact person for residents, relatives as well as external specialist agencies including coordination of doctor visits
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process as well as active participation in daily nursing care
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices, students and interns
• Participation in quality development as well as promoting interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (Level III)
• Leadership experience as well as motivating and appreciative communication at eye level
• Ensuring smooth ward daily routine as well as promoting appreciative and team-oriented cooperation
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Joy and motivation in dealing with elderly people
• Independent, reliable and resilient personality with assertiveness
• High sense of responsibility and quality as well as strong service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good IT skills in MS Office 365, knowledge of PEP, RAI LTCF and LOBOS is an advantage
