Operations Technician / Operations Technician with background in heating / sanitary

Your tasks

• Operation and maintenance: You ensure the daily operation of the property. This includes inspection rounds, monitoring order and cleanliness, operating simple technical facilities, as well as the early detection and reporting of malfunctions or defects
• Coordination: You supervise external service providers and coordinate HKLS maintenance and repair work
• Support: You look after the entire bathing technology
• Area: You carry out maintenance, repairs, and documentation in building management for sanitary, heating, ventilation systems
• GLS: You operate and monitor the building management system
• Access systems: You carry out lockings and program access media
• On-call service: You are willing to participate in the on-call service (ideally with place of residence max. 1 hour away)

Your profile

• Professional experience: You bring experience in a comparable function, preferably in the sanitary / heating / ventilation area
• Technical skill: You are a skilled practitioner and possess solid technical skills as well as manual understanding, structured way of working in building technology HKLS
• PC skills: You have good user knowledge on the computer
• Way of working: You work independently, reliably, and discretely
• Language: You master the German language in speaking and writing very well
