For our parts warehouse department in Frenkendorf / BL, we are looking for a Retail Specialist: Female/Male Auto Parts Logistics 100 % with a perspective to take over warehouse management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can be proud of:

• Procurement and sale of original Volvo and third-party parts according to quality and process guidelines
• Competent advice for customers including the creation of offers and package deals
• Warehouse management and ensuring part availability, active participation in inventory
• Responsible for exchange and return processing as well as the return of warranty parts
• Creation of daily and monthly statements
• Step-by-step development to take over warehouse management as part of a planned succession arrangement

What must be in your backpack:

• Completed training in automotive after-sales or experience in warehouse/spare parts logistics
• Good IT skills are mandatory as well as openness to digital processes
• Independent way of working, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
• High quality standards and service orientation
• Driving license category B is mandatory and ideally the forklift license R1/S2 is also present
• Very good German skills and enjoyment of contact with internal and external stakeholders
