Your tasks

Technical and personnel leadership of the raw material warehouse as well as ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Responsibility for goods receipt including incoming goods inspections, booking of deliveries as well as loading and unloading of trucks in compliance with safety regulations
Organization, monitoring and continuous optimization of warehouse management
Execution of stock controls and inventories as well as monitoring of storage conditions and material expiry dates
Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the entire warehouse area as well as proactive development, control and implementation of process improvements.
Contact person for internal and external audits as well as taking over the deputy role in the freight forwarding including postal service
Responsibility for the operational readiness of the machines and systems in the raw material warehouse including definition and coordination of maintenance processes, creation of work instructions as well as contact person for suppliers

Your profile

Completed training in the logistics field with further higher education as well as several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and warehouse management
Experience in the leadership of employees as well as a responsible, structured and independent way of working
High quality orientation, organizational skills and enjoyment in optimizing processes and taking on responsibility
Confident handling of common IT applications, ideally SAP, as well as experience in the use of hand scanners and MS Office programs
Good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
Forklift license, good physical condition as well as a flexible, team-oriented and reliable personality
