Job Description ##

Your Tasks

You will lead development projects as well as technical support tasks in the field of tribology. Your focus is on lubrication processes and the elaboration of lubrication instructions for quartz movements. In doing so, you will work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners to ensure optimal solutions for friction and wear technical issues.

Additionally, you will perform characterization analyses using optical profilometry and tribometry to precisely evaluate surface and friction parameters and support technical optimizations.

Furthermore, you will ensure technical support in your area of activity, both for the various internal specialist departments and for the companies of the Swatch Group.

Profile ##

You have an engineering education at MASTER-HES level or an equivalent recognized degree.

Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in the field of tribology.

You are dynamic and creative, and your open and responsible personality characterizes you. As a sociable person, you also place great value on constructive teamwork.

Languages ##

Your native language is French or German. You have good knowledge of the respective other language or are motivated to learn it. Good English skills would also be an advantage.
