Mandated by several home care centers in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a

Home Care Nurse M/F

• You hold an HES Nurse diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland
• You have a vehicle - Mandatory
• You have excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards in the medical field
• You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques.
• You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents
• Sense of responsibility and solution orientation
• You intervene at the patients' homes to provide personalized nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, and socio-cultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment.
• You ensure care that respects the autonomy and choices of patients, within a benevolent, reassuring, and soothing framework.
• You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment carried out, the care provided, and the directions taken.
