Your field of activity

• Responsibility for the organization, coordination, and control of construction projects on site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs
• Direction and coordination of all trades involved in the construction
• Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
• Communication with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
• Documentation of work progress and writing of reports

Your expertise

• University degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or construction technician
• In-depth knowledge of authorization, planning, and construction procedures
• Mastery of applicable regulations and standards (e.g. SIA, BauAV, SN EN standards)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction site management of construction projects
• Sense of organization, ability to persuade, and excellent communication skills
• Driving license category B
