Your new tasks ###

• You are a sales talent and take the initiative on the sales floor and enjoy leading a team
• In addition to your own revenue responsibility, your tasks include assortment maintenance in your specialty product group Boutique, the leadership of a small sales team, as well as the achievement of all KPIs to be successful
• You are responsible for your product group and manage the DailyBuisness directly on the sales floor
• You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation and are an absolute role model for trainees and your sales team
• You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders
• You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers
• You regularly participate in assortment meetings and implement concepts quickly into action

What you bring with you ###

• You are a team player, open-minded, and customer-oriented
• We also address all career changers who have already led a small team and would like to get started in the furnishing segment
• You have a great affinity for sales and enjoy leading in competition
• You bring experience in retail or in sales
• You are a vocational trainer and enjoy supporting our trainees during their training
