Local Life Delegate at 100 % Reporting to the head of department, you contribute to the development and influence of local life by initiating projects, events, and partnerships. As a privileged interface between the Commune and territorial actors, you promote synergies that strengthen attractiveness and quality of life in Orbe. Local Life Delegate at 100 % Missions Initiate, develop and coordinate communal events as well as events supported by the Commune in the fields of culture, sport, tourism, and living together. Accompany local societies, associations and partners in the development of their projects and manage communal support mechanisms. Develop synergies between local life actors in order to strengthen territorial dynamics and the image of the City. Steer strategic projects contributing to the tourist enhancement, attractiveness and influence of the City. Ensure the administrative, logistical, financial and budgetary follow-up of projects and events placed under your responsibility. Prepare reports, notices, conventions and credit requests intended for the communal authorities. Identify development opportunities, seek partnerships and financing. Profile Higher education in the fields of tourism, event management, hospitality, economics or equivalent training. Proven experience in project management, ideally in the fields of event management or tourism. Experience within a public authority or in a promotion structure constitutes an asset. Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills. Autonomy in work. Writing skills and excellent mastery of standard IT tools. Sense of public service and ability to bring partners together around common projects. Availability in the evenings and certain weekends depending on events.
