The company in Biel is looking for engaged dipl. nursing specialists HF/FH to support the surgical ward for temporary assignments in early and late shifts. Your tasks: - Independent care and support of surgical patients - Pre- and postoperative care and monitoring - Implementation of medical orders and support with treatments - Nursing documentation and cooperation with the interprofessional team - Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards What you bring with you: - Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification with valid SRK recognition - Experience in an acute hospital, preferably in - Excellent communication skills - Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients - Independent and responsible way of working - Good German and/or French skills - Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience We look forward to you supporting our team with your experience!
