Your tasks

As an employee in the secretariat in pathology, your main task consists of independently completing all typing and office tasks arising in the secretariat as well as writing reports from dictation. Additionally, you are responsible for patient reception and handle the triage of telephone, fax, and emails. As an independent and customer-friendly personality, you support the daily workflows as well as the doctors and the laboratory.

What you bring

What you bring

Preferably, you have training as a medical secretary and are familiar with medical terminology. You master the German language in speaking and writing. Additionally, you speak and write Italian at a high level. If you enjoy working with the PC and are used to typing work, then you are exactly right with us.

You like precise work, always prioritize customer satisfaction, keep a clear head even in hectic moments, and have a positive and motivated attitude in cooperation with your colleagues. A quick grasp of matters completes your profile.
