To complete the Surgery team at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a :   Assistant in community health care (ASSC) M/F at 60%   ### The main missions of this position are ### • * • Organize, execute, monitor and document care services and medico-technical acts delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations presenting no emergency character • * • Collaborate in the smooth running of the department's activities • * • Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the mission of the department • * • Promote, upon delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives • * We require ### • * • A CFC as an assistant in community health care • * • A motivated person to take charge of seniors according to the good practices of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation • * • A rigorous, organized and dynamic person, with excellent communication skills • * • An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team • * • Adaptation to change and involvement in the department's project • * • Mastery of the French language and IT tools specific to the hospital field • * We offer ### HRC offers great employment and professional development opportunities in all its areas of activity: medical, nursing, medico-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, logistics.
