It employs 240 collaborators. Our mission is to support elderly people losing autonomy, for long and short stays, as well as in its temporary reception center (CAT). We also manage a public restaurant, << le Delta >>, with 54 places and a terrace. In order to complete our management team, we are recruiting for a position of Animation Manager at 80%. You are a dynamic person, open to innovation, and have a manifest interest in the development of socio-cultural activities in a multidisciplinary medico-social environment. Of a unifying and positive nature, you demonstrate empathy. You find it easy to work autonomously and in a team and you lead by example. As animation manager, you work in close collaboration with the managers responsible for other sectors, thereby contributing actively to our institutional project << Tous ensemble >>. You guarantee the residents the quality of services as well as a welcoming living environment. Main missions * Be the guarantor of the socio-cultural services of the institution * Lead and manage a team of about fifteen collaborators (including apprentices, civil servants, and external providers) * Contribute actively to the support of residents as well as to the development of their individual project, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team * Be present in the field with the teams and residents in order to encourage, support, and lead by example * As a manager, you participate in the important decisions of the institution as well as in the development and monitoring of the budget of your sector, in support of your head of department, the socio-hotel manager.
