Share What awaits you? ## • Ensuring discrete, high-quality service at the counter as well as a warm welcome for our customers • Processing all counter transactions (cash transactions, currency exchange, precious metals) in compliance with all due diligence obligations (incl. KYC) • Holistic, needs-oriented advice in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and retirement provision • Active needs identification, cross-selling as well as targeted referral to specialist advisors and appointment scheduling • Support and guidance of customers in the digital world as well as active participation in sales and market development measures What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or comparable qualification as well as experience in the counter and cash area • Pronounced customer and service orientation with high trustworthiness, integrity and sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of intensive customer contact as well as pronounced hosting qualities with a winning appearance • Strong communication skills as well as sales flair for active needs identification and customer approach • Fluent German skills, further language skills (English, French, Italian) are an advantage
